About Us

June Contini and Paula Sulzener, both life long residents of Tuscarawas County, raised their families in the "cool" neighborhoods of Dover and New Philadelphia. After several years of community involvement, each chose to build a career in real estate serving in the local neighborhood they knew and loved. Today, their 40+ years in the business almost equals their ages. June and Paula may have many years of experience, walls and drawers full or certificates, plaques, and awards for multi-million dollars in production…but let's not dwell on accolades! They do take real estate seriously and even went back to school and have become designated as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduates of Real Estate Institute), SRC (Senior Real Estate Counselors) and June is an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). They pledge to deflect negativity and pessimism at every turn. They're not foiled by imminent deadlines, runaway moving vans, low-flow toilets, terrible tenants, or house-munching termites. There's not a problem they can't solve!

 

Amber is our jack of all trades and now a licensed Realtor! 

Amber is responsible for all the “creative marketing” flowing from our office.  She provides vital client care and keeps buyers up to date on the newest properties available on the market.  In addition, she provides unmatched expertise in documenting and assisting in the closing of all real estate transactions.  She maintains watch and assures all our files are current.

 

Amber is efficient, organized, creative, outgoing, and an excellent communicator.  She manages all documents pertaining to your property while giving June and Paula a modern edge in advertising.
